no i dont. okay so i am through a immigration agency and they said keep working, get ur offer letter (B category) and we will take care of it..so is he going to backdate or something ?
Your agent is trying to fool you to get to your wallet!
Absolutely not! You're setting yourself in a pool of frustration with a near certain rejection of your application, as nobody will be able to change the fact the minimum requirement is 1-year, continuous, full-time (min. 30h/week), in NOC category 0 or A or B.
The whole program is based on skilled workers, and is the backbone of the economic foreign immigration programs. They are ruthless when it comes to that.
Get your promotion to NOC category B, work one year, and only will you be eligible in terms of work experience.
Don't cut corners my friend.
Cheers.
