I'm new in this forum...will ask some opinions for the old timers about my concerns..I will file my PR this month..and now I'm presently living with my common law partner and we have a 10 month old daughter...and. I will file my paper under FSW..me and my partner had a family dispute in 2012..we had a court thing in 2013..he was acquitted of the 2 of the 3 cases filed against him by the cops..and he had a pardoned for 7 years ..now his pardoned was denied because of 1 case remain against him...will CIC make it a big deal about his crim check when I file my paper even if we provide a detail explanation about it...and lastly I'm on my 4 years cap in April 2015..thank u so much if u easen my worries about all these......
