What you filled is just an assessment form with a private agent to see if they can represent you for immigration purposes. You didn't give much details but I expect they are referring to email account. No agent should be asking you for your bank account details.

Not sure why you need an agent though when you can simply download the immigration guidelines and requirements from IRCC website (see link below), study them and apply on your own as most of us did. Cheers.
