Dear All
I had applied under FSW cat 1 in Nov 2004, Received AOR in Feb 2005. I received a letter from CIC asking for Updated docs in Nov 2008, which i submitted in Jan 2009 with same work exp.
I assume since they have asked for updated documents that means my work exp. is relevant & application will be approved after medicals & interview etc.
My question is had anybody's application been refused after CIC had asked for updated documents or the likelyhood of the same.
Many thanks in advance for your kind advise.
 
hello,

i had a friend who applied almost the same year as you did. When they ask you for updates, it is just because they want to get new ifo since it has been a long time, it really doesn't mean your application will be approved or not, especially if you have not been asked to do the medicals.

I maybe wrong, but wait for someone to throw more light.

china connection is right submitting the update documents doesnot means that your apllication is aproved nor its means that your application will be refused but its says that your file is active and in process
