Confirmation of Permanent Residence to Canada (COPR)

I just received a letter saying that my wife has been issued a COPR and had to give an updated contact/mailing address as well as say whether she could arrive before May 4th. I did not get an actually COPR form though. Will this becoming later or will it be mailed to me?

Did you receive this letter via email? If so, yes, the COPR will be coming in the mail (they can't email it to you)

Yeah, I got it in an email. Will the mail it to the address I gave them? Also can my wife bring a scanned copy of the letter to the immigration office. She is in China right now, and we only have a short time before she needs to return.

No the COPR needs to be an original. It will have her PR card photo stapled to it and that's what they will use to generate her PR card
