They did re-assessed my application.
- First time it was assessed according to information submitted: 26-FEB-2008
- Second assessment date for points calculation was: 22-MAY-2008

Now, the PSDEC is dated for 22-05-2008

So to summarize, I do believe that they redo the calculation if they believe that it is necessary.

You have to qualify on the date that you submit the application.
