Conestoga LOA ? For sep 2021 ? When shall I expect ?

I applied for Conestoga on 4th Feb .still waiting for LOA .
When shall I expect the decision ?

I have got LOA form other college and they will expire soon.
I want to take admission I. Conestoga but I am stuck as my LOA from other colleges will expire and I haven't got LOA from Conestoga college
