can any one please tell about the processing time of Conestoga offer letter(kitchener campus)?

I select course-quality process engineering.
This is 1 year course and i have 75%(2010-2014) in graduation and 3 years experience in job (2015-2018)that is related to my study.
what is possibility of visa?
