Hi guys can you help me if I have condional PR?
my spouse and I met way back 2013 and we hot married on November 2015. we are in samesex relationship so we don't have a child. Do you think I willbe having conditional pR?

If you lived together less than 2 years by the time you applied for PR, then you will get conditional PR. You've asked this question last year, are you really worried about losing your PR status?

The conditional PR means nothing if you guys are living together in a genuine relationship. You have the same rights as a regular PR.
