Hi all . I am An Indian Student from IIT Madras. I have received admission offer - conditional offer letter upon submission of Masters degree for September 2017. I will be receiving my masters degree in the month of September or October 2017.. I would like to know if I can apply for visa with the conditional offer letter . Kindly help me.
