Conditional offer for Visa application-Urgent

hello guys,
I have received a conditional offer for a Master degree. I got my undergraduate degree in june 2018. The 2 conditions on my letter are:
1) official transcript sent by issuing institution by August 31,2019.
2) original diploma to be presented (by myself) on campus by Dec 31, 2019.

I believe that the second condition can not be met by the time I apply to the visa because the graduate school want to see the original diploma.
How do I prove to the embassy that I met the first condition?

The second one states that you have to show the original diploma ON CAMPUS.So,when you are applying for visa you are going to give a copy of all your transcripts including OD.

hi i have received a conditional offer letter.condition is to submit your transcripts.
please suggest me should i deposit the feesin the university or submit the file in embassy to get visa.
or wait until i get unconditional offer lettrr.
please suggest
 
Hello,
I'll tell you how I dealt with my case. I submitted the transcript through mail and received confirmation through email that they received my transcript. Concerning the diploma, the university asked for the original copy to be present ON-CAMPUS.
I did not pay any tuition fees before applying.

what would u suggest me ....i have also requested my transcrits to university they will send next week to canadian uni.
kindly suggest should i procees with conditional offer letter ?
 
Wait till the university sends you an email confirmation that they received the official transcript and then apply with the conditional offer and a copy of the confirmation email. Btw, which country are you applying from?
 
for canada....m from india...can i deposit one year tuition fees or wait till i get email frm uni?
 
if you made a deposit, u might have a stronger application but it will not guarantee a visa. Check with other indian guys.
