Does anyone know if the condition 51 affect dependents... Will their PR be taken away if the priciple applicant don't follow the rules... Just curious.

I don't think dependent COPR has that condition. You would have to look at a dependents COPR to see if anything like that was listed, but I don't think so.

Just a heads up though. When folks hear questions like this, the first alarm bell sounds.

Why would it matter; because I would think that if the PR was sent back to home country they would want to take their kids with them.
