Condition 51 Apply or not?

Hi,

Being a Canadian landed immigrant in 2007 I have took marriage after landing in Canada and my wife give birth I filled my sponsorship application in 2007 and they rejected that application in 2009.

Again I filled appeal in ADR in same year and I won that appeal in 2011.

My family received Medical papers in 2012 and they appeared for medical in October 2013 and received immigration visa in April 2014 and my wife along with two kids landed in Canada in May 2014 and received PR card in June 2014.

My question is does 51 condition apply on their PR card for cancelling their immigration status?

Just look at her COPR. If it says Condition 51 then it applies, if not then it doesn't.

But seeing how they first submitted app back in 2007 before condition 51 rules existed, I doubt they have this condition.
