CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY- Admission Problem: Transcript out of sequence. PLZ HELP!!!

Received the following e-mail:
"Dear Mr. Narwal,

We have carefully reviewed your application for winter 2013-14 semester,
but we are unable to make a decision on the basis of the information that
we have at this time.

Since your transcript is out of sequence, please provide statements of
marks, issued by the university, for every attempt at every examination,
even if examination was failed and re-taken or if marks from an earlier
examination or attempt appear on a later statement of marks.

Please note that we are delaying further action on your application until
we have had an opportunity to review detailed mark sheets showing all the
courses that you may have failed, and all the examinations that you have
written in more than one attempt."

My problem is that Punjab Technical University doesn't provide any official detail of failed attempt. I guess I'm screwed!! ??? ???

Nothing to worry my friend. It is normal.
What you need to do is, submit a General request form in your university to the concerned department/person stating that:

My name is -----------
Batch-----------------
Session---------------
Program---------------
Passing year----------
Roll Number-----------

Kindly issue me a detailed mark-sheet according to my transcript.

In my opinion, universities should have no concern about what has done. They must look into the current (present) marks on mark-sheet regardless of in how many times I read that specific subject. So if you university provide nothing on fails details, let it be. Just provide your detail mark-sheet to Concordia.

Thanks for the reply sir. Is it different from the ordinary detailed mark sheets? I have the detailed marksheet of every semester but it is only awarded when you clear that semester. So, it has a later date of issue in case of a backlog, but no details of the failed attempts are provided.

Ammm yes, when we talk about the detail mark-sheet of complete transcript, it is like a list of all the subjects you have read in 4-years and in-front of each subject, there will be written your obtained marks and total marks and at the end of list, there will be Total Marks obtained / Total Marks and your Final percentage is------

So they are demanding this kind of mark-sheet. You get it now?

So what happened then did you get all the marksheets?
