Concerning PGWP

Hi,
As we know taking 2 vacations in a row will affect the PGWP, but knowing that I took 2 vacations in a row in COVID-19 pandemic and didn’t change my status to visitor or working. And I continue working full time during those vacations. As for the COVID-19 situation I had some financial problems so I started working. Will this issue reject my PGWP in future ? I’m very eager to know that. Thanks in advance and need some helpful advise for future from those who experienced or know about this act.

Do you mean that you took two semesters off in a row? If so, then yes, you should expect this will impact your ability to get a PGWP since your studies were not continuous. You also worked illegally.

Not sure why you are under the impression that you can take one semester off. You can;t take any semester off especially without permission of the school. There are certain situations where a school will approve a leave of absence. Would at that working when you were not entitled to work adds to your issues. You may be in Canada without status. Schools are supposed to report students who do not attend within 90 days. The longer you keep working illegally and not figure out your status the bigger the issue gets. When was the expiry date of your SP (if it wasn't cancelled).
