my friend said Alberta made a change concerning the foreign workers,they are allowed four years in the country and during this time they can keep on renewing their work permits and at the same time apply for the PINP but after four years if they do not get it they have to leave Canad. I just want to know if that is true or not. please I am scared and I do not want to leave
