Hi folks,
I'm currently applying for Permanent Residence (PR) and I'm a bit worried with the possibility of facing "misrepresentation" over a detail in my address history. I might be overthinking it, but wanted to confirm otherwise.
Long story short when I applied for a study permit way back in 2014, the residential address I put (let's call it address A) was not actually my residential address, but my mother's work address which she had entered when helping out with the application. Reason for this was that we were moving soon after and using that address would be more convenient for a variety of reasons. The correct address that I wish to use in my PR application is address B (which I have proof of), and both addresses (A and B) come from the same district, city, and country. The only elements that differ are the street number, name, and postal code.
Could there potentially be a case of misrepresentation in address history because of this particular scenario (even though both addressed belong to the same district, city, and country)? Or is this really not an issue?
Any insight/feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
