My causion wana marry me who lives in united kingdom
i just wana ask can i marry with an british national and can he apply for me under british spousal immigration from canada?
i am already an immigrant and have PR under spousal class in canada so can someone else from outside of canada sponsored me?(as im already sponsored in canada by my spouse)
i really need to know because im so frustrated of being alone here
Is there any way??
please help

You cannot get married again until your first divorce has been finalized. If you marry again before your first divorce is finalized - then your second marriage will not be valid for immigration purposes.

Your question regarding sponsorship to the UK should be asked on a UK immigration forum.

Good luck.

This will set off red flags with CIC. Arriving in Canada, getting divorced, remarrying, and trying to sponsor a new spouse so quickly. If you're marrying your cousin just so he can get into Canada, remember, marriage fraud is a crime and you can get deported for it.

HI....
my causin is in uk, he wana sponsor me in united kingdom,
as my divorce is still in process nd being PR immigrant, can he sponsored me
please advice

Like others have said, you must finalize your divorce before you can marry again. If you are not divorced and get married, you will be breaking the law because you are not allowed to be married to two people at the same time and your second marriage will not be legal. Wait until your divorce is finalized, then you can marry your cousin.

I do not know about UK immigration but I suppose if you are married, your cousin can sponsor you as a spouse to the UK. I am sure that UK authorities do not care that you were sponsored to Canada. Keep in mind that if you do not live in Canada at least 2 out of every 5 years, you will eventually lose your Canadian PR.

If you want to sponsor your cousin to Canada, you would have to: a) wait until 5 years have passed since you became a PR (because you were sponsored by another spouse), b) still be a PR and meet the residency requirements when you apply and c) be residing in Canada when you apply for the sponsorship and during the processing time.
