It's a pretty straight forward process, no advice really to be given.
I mean it's an X ray, blood tests and urine samples, height and weight check followed by questions and a quick check of blood pressure etc, nothing major so just follow instructions and answer questions

Be healthy??? :p.

Joking aside, make sure that you bring anything that's required and requested by the doctor doing the exam. If you are on any medication, bring that with you along with any information that you can provide (in English or French) as to why you are taking that medication. If you can't get that information on such short notice, don't worry. Just explain to the doctor why you have the medication and they'll make a note if they think it's important. They might then ask you to provide more information/documents to them later before they send it off to IRCC if necessary.

The whole process is pretty self-explanatory and I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Assuming you’re a woman from your name, something I wasn’t aware of is that you’re not supposed to be on your period. If you are, they may make you return and do your urinalysis later.

Drink lots of water before you go......nothing like having to provide a urine sample and not being able to!

Take the form from your mycic account.

Take passport.

Be ready to have a photo taken.

Know names of any medication you are on.

Wear a sweater you can roll up sleeves on for blood test.

Allow for a few hours..i had to do quite a bit of waiting.

Nothing you can prepare for really. Simple straight forward process.
