Hello friends, I am applying for family sponsorship for my and son. I have gathered all documents. Should i attach all document in one file in a professional manner? Is it allowed to make a separate of documents, label them, put them in a separate packets and then file them.

Please suggest as how should i send it

do it in our file..doesnt really matter there is no specific way of doing it..Send it all in one package at the end

It doesnt really matter there is no specific way of doing it..organize it properly n Send it all in one package at the end
 
There is a specific way of doing it .
Keep all the barcode pages in front and arrange the documents as specified in the document check list order.

The online CIC help files are actually pretty explicit about it, strongly suggest you do what they say.

The basic guide (IMM5525) says:

Don’t use staples, binders, plastic sleeves, folders or albums to submit your application. Elastic bands for photos or paper clips are acceptable.

The complete online guide then goes on to say:
The order of documents should be as follows:
  • checklist;
  • open work permit application (and supporting documents), if applicable;
  • any barcode pages;
  • supporting documents, in the order they are listed on the checklist.

Thanks for information. You are right, i should follow what they say to avoid any delays. All i am going to do is put all the documents in a sequence they suggested, will not file them or use any plastics. Will just put it in a packet and courier.
