Completely irrelevant matches from the Job Bank

Hi all,

Is it common to receive completely irrelevant matches on the Job Bank? For example I am in NOC 0213 (Software Development Manager) and I am continously getting restaurant managers' job matches. Is this the situation for all of you?

Yep. I get restaurant manager too. Very annoying.

chad and anya they have only those kind of jobs so you will get irrelevant jobs for sure.

i got 3 restaurant manager jobs...

and funny thing is last week i was in a restaurant and i got an email for the same restaurant and even i showed it to that owner and he laughed at this thing.

So just ignore it... hehe ;D ;D ;D

I get irrelevant matches too.

I guess jobmatch code just match NOC digits and even if 2 or 3 digits (of 4) match, it recommends that job with 2-3 stars (imperfect match)...

How annoying!

Good to know that it is not me but the job bank who has gone crazy!

May be by next year they will have it fixed.
