Complete your permanent residency application

Hello everyone,
I received my invitation to apply for permanent residency.

So I went to my profile and clicked "continue application" but every time I click on the link, the CIC always sends me back to the initial form that I have to refill "Find out if you can apply".

Does anyone have ever had this problem? If so do you know how to solve it? I sent a message to the Help support but stil haven't heard back from them. Thank you for your help!

Maybe try changing browsers, clearing cache/cookies, a different computer/laptop if possible?

It happens occasionally to me too.

I already tried. I changed browsers, used another computer, changed the language from English to French and nothing changes..

Try Private mode or incognito mode. .. It worked for me
