Complete file aip received, waiting for 2nd stage.

Hello,
I am a student from pakistan, i have received my AIP and am currently studying online at Conestoga College.
I have submitted complete file, medical and biometrics already approved.
Can someone tell me when will they start 2nd stage processing for complete applications?

i also applied in conestoga college on 1st october with full application and there is still no update current status is just submitted
