I landed a couple of weeks ago in St-Bernard-de-Lacolle, and I filed a B4 form for my stuff that will accompany me, but I haven't been able to go down and get all of it yet. Had to file vehicle export paperwork, etc.
Anyway, my eCAS doesn't show Complete, and I don't see anything for my PR Card yet. I'm wondering if my landing isn't finished until I bring all my junk up and finish that whole process. Anyone been in a situation like this? My COPR is signed, my passport is stamped, I've registered for RAMQ and I've got a SIN… just wondering what the hold up is for everything else.
