Complete/accurate list of documents 2send2 CIO-NS for FSW

My wife is Primary Applicant. We don’t want to use any consultant to file our case – I took this decision after checking out this forum.

My complete list of documents:-

Passports – ready
PCC – ready
ECA – ready (done via WES)
Experience letters – ready
IELTS – ready
Birth certificate – ready (only wifey’s I don’t have one)

Filled out all these forms – took help from this forum:-

Now – before sending out application to CIO – I got questions:-

1. I'm a co-aplicant and I don’t have my Birth Certificate – for support – I got
Affidavit from my parents
10 Mark sheet
Bonafide from college

2. Her work experience:-
One of her company where she was working has shut down 
Will CIC accept that company’s letters as a valid work proof ?
We got – only sal slips, offer letter, promotion letter, relieving letter & one Manager’s contact information with his old business card.

3. Very important question – am I missing any other document?
Our VO is Delhi (India)
Will send our package to
Centralized Intake Office – Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
P.O. BOX 7500
Sydney, NS B1P 0A9
Canada

& will mention VO as Delhi, right?

Please do not forget to provide a photocopy of your degree along with the ECA report. WES report alone is not enough, it is clearly stated in the checklist and we have already seen returned applications due to lack of degree.

Oh yes - should i attest all the copies with public notary ?

And the 2 questions -
my Birth certificate - substitue looks okay?

All photocopies must be notarized if they are in other language than English or French.

Her previous works experience looks fine. Companies pop up and dissolve, not a big deal.

What's concerning your birth certificate, I'm not sure. Have never come across, so you better check with other threads within this forum. To me it also looks okay.

got the Birth Certificate, prepared it on 100 rs bond (India) from a very good lawyer. He says this type of BC's are accepted in India. It looks very convincing.....

& yes - after adding POF my application should be ready, right?
