hell seniors,

does the company / Enterprise whom you are working must be registered and have NTN number or without registration the company / Enterprise will be okay. i have two years of experience with an enterprise, but the enterprise was registered 1 and half years ago, while i am working for two years with that enterprise. would, my experience of two years will be counted or only 1 and half years of experience will be counted, after registration.

Does CHC requires NTN or Tax returns slips of the company whom you are working or only simple reference letters would be required.

Well CHC New Delhi doesn't ask for Tax returns slips on regular basis will only ask if they want to know something more. Simple reference letters will do. Its not important for a company to be registered.

just now i read on this forum that some ones application was rejected by VO because company was not registered.

hi,

No need to be registered as long as you could provide reference letters. If they want they will ask you.

Thanks & Regards

Every Company whether Public ltd or Pvt ltd,, must be registed with Registrar of Comanies... what is the full name of your co.

If "LTD" is appearing in the name then it is registered.

No...It is not limited or registered company.

It is private/ proprietorship company in India.

Can I get the web address of Company Registrar of Gujarat, India.....

Thanks in advance...

I think no need of registration if you are working in proprietorship firm then it doesnot matter my brother got pr whilw he was working in a firm which was not so big not even registered but he submitted his reference letter & it worked. I thisnk they dont ask for registration number tax number but if the firm is registered it will be plus point for you

Hi,
LTD is not mendatory for a registered company, the company i am working is a Propritership concern and it is registered and my owner has all the tax docs, but LTD is not included in the company/firm name, I believe that its not a requirement the company to be registered.
