Company Eligibility

I am a US citizen in Alberta on a TN permit working for a local company.

My employer is a locally registered company and complies with the current requirements of the Provincial Nominee programme.

I would like to apply for permanent residency as a provincial nominee. The company was recently bought by a US company and I am wondering if this company still qualifies as a corporate sponsor?
