Company Closed or acquired how to show?

Hello Experts,

Need an advise, I worked in a compnay in X 2011 for 3 months which was acquired by someother compnay Y, During application filing for PNP Nomination how to show the X Compnay was acquired by Y?

I have all the documents ( Offer, relieving letter, bank statements)

I Tried to reach to HR of the compnay Y ,but they are not ready to give any letter.

should i provide the self decelarition ?

Please suggest.
