Hello all

Just wanted to get clarification on the role of a representative during the spousal sponsorship.

Does the representative receive all approval emails/letters during entire process

Hello

Thank you for your response

My wife's PR application is in the medical results received stage. Will the "in process" change to "decision made" after they have requested for the passport to sent in or before?

it depends on the visa office. generally, DM means the passport/copr has been put in the mail. sometimes it changes sooner.

Ok....thank you

I'm waiting for approval (fingers crossed) but was a little worried that the email or letter to send in her passport copy would be missed because I or her don't receive a copy.

Are you the representative?

No, I have hired one.

then your representative will receive the Passport Request document. i would recommend checking with them. if they used an email address, it would have been emailed to them.
