I have recently submitted my permanent residency application under the FSW-express entry program. My CRS is 431. Those of you applied already know that we need to scan a bunch of documents to fill out this online form and CIC asks you to update them about any change on your status or so that may hamper the CRS score.
But I have a question: in the scanned documents we all had to upload a complete scan of our passports with all the VISA stamps and exit entry stamps. I have an opportunity in the coming months to travel abroad for a work. My question is: Do I have to inform CIC about this travel? If so, then how? Because, with the application acceptance letter they mention to ask them case specific inquiry by using a portal on the CIC web which has preset topics to chose from. But I am unable to find my question there. Then how to ask them if i need to inform them about my travel or not?
Can anyone put some light on it? I guess there are many of us who have some queries like mine that cannot be answered with the options given in the case specific query portal of the CIC web. what remedies are there for us? disregarding any stupid query like: "I have submitted my application what is the update type"
