I and my partner are assembling our inland family class application; that’s some feedback and questions would like to heard from you guys, first is the order of the package we had which listed below: each section we are going to paper clip it
1 section:
1. Document Checklist
2. Upfront medical proof
3. Application payment receipt
2 section:
4. Bar code pages IMM0008
5. Letter from applicant
6. IMM0008 form [ generic application form for Canada]
7. IMM 5406 form [ additional family information]
8. IMM 5669 form [ schedule a background/ declaration] + staple envelope with photos
9. IMM 5285 form [ spouse/common-law questionnaire]
3 section:
10. Bar code page IMM 1344
11. Letter from Sponsor
12. IMM 1344 form [ application to sponsor, sponsorship agreement and undertaking]
13. IMM5481 form [ sponsorship evaluation]
14. Option C
4 section:
15. Applicant Passport page + stamp made by Canadian authority most recent entry into Canada
16. Applicant Permits + out of status documentation [ expired permits]
17. Applicant Birth certificate
18. Police Record(s)
19. Sponsor Canadian Passport info page
5 section:
20. Proof of common -law relationship. [e.g friend letter(s) ]
6 section:
21. Proof of sponsor income [ T4, option C, notice of assignment]
Secondly;
Where the barcode show put?
According to the guide [ Place the barcode page(s) on the top of your application (forms and supporting documents) when you submit it.] Is it mean on top the entire package? Even before the document checklist? Since we there are two forms have the barcodes, the wording from CIC kind of confusing.
In IMM5669 question 8 personal history and address, there’s not enough space to fill all the information I do include a separate paper in the back explaining the extras but show I just leave the section blank and say “please see the following page” for the full ten years details? How would you handle it?
In IMM5669 question 9 membership of association with organizations, I just can remember I have one membership I join in the past which is AIGA [professional organization for design] when I was in university but I don’t remember the specific date I join, and what activates I did [ it might just presentation from professional…that’s all]. what should I write for it?
Finally, Is it necessary to have Common-law declaration status as a supporting for our relationship?
