I'm worried about the Visa aplication our situation is the following:
My boyfriend and I are both Mexicans and have been toguether for almost 6 years, we went to university toguether and that's were we met. We went to live toguether in January 2013 after we graduated, and now we are both currently working with good jobs.
We decided to go to Canada this year and he applied for a postgraduate program in Toronto for May 2016, he just got his acceptance letter and we are planning to apply for his student permit and my OWP in December, since in Mexico is not recognized the common law union and we don't want to get married we are not sure if the Embasy will recognize our relationship, we already change the address from our bank accounts to be the same, we can get the lease from the apartment we live, I have him as my beneficiary from my life insurance and we have tons of photos and can get letters from our families and friends besides the Common-law statuary.
We would like to know what else can we add or what do you recommend.
