Is this right now? A common law statute is required to submit a extension if you are common law? I did not know this

On the online form, there is nowhere to attatch this though? :(
 
What did you do ?

If they require it then better have it, and it's also very useful if you want to apply for PR or if you travel by yourself.
You can go to a Multicultural Centre in your city and have it done by their Commissionaire of Oath for free
