Common law / spouse application for PR has been approved. PR Card application asks when she became a PR. Haven't received ECOPR yet. What to do?

Hi - question is more or less in the thread title. I'm a Canadian born citizen and the applicant's common law partner.

We got the confirmation PDF yesterday from IRCC that the application for PR was approved. We replied yesterday evening to the email with the details regarding name, dob, eye color etc. that they asked to be filled out.

I went to the PR portal to do up her PR card application, but questions 1.4 and 1.5 in the PR card application ask about when and where she became a PR. We have not received an ECOPR document yet.

Are we supposed to just write the town name where we live now and yesterday's date since that's when the approval document was received? Or are we supposed to wait for the ECOPR document before continuing to apply for the card?

In the PR portal, the portal only allows me to upload a "Back" photo. The button for uploading "Front" is greyed out and the mouse cursor changes to a red circle with a diagonal line through it, even after a "Back" photo is uploaded. I believe the photos are required for getting the ECOPR so what am I supposed to do now?

Are your common law partner waiting to get eCOPR? portal 1, portal 2 ...etc.

You do not need to "apply for a PR card". Once your partner landed (via the 2 portals and then getting the eCOPR), the first PR card application is automatically submitted.
