Hello guys I was wondering if I could get help on this, My partner and I recently applied for inland common law spousal sponsorship. We have been in a common law relationship for two and a half years have a son we submitted the application with all the documentation to the best of our ability but I am still a bit worried about study permit refusals i got back in 2016 prior to entering Canada ,MY BIG Question is will my two refusals of my study permit earlier affect my Spousal sponsorship PR application?
