We are currently filling out the forms for common law sponsorship.

Do we just sent off the application to be a sponsor or do we send the full application off at this time.

It is a minefield and just want to make sure we get it right.

Everything is sent together:

1. Sponsors forms and required documents

2. Applicants forms and required documents

3. Proof of your relationship

+ Receipt for the payment of the fees

Most choose to send 3 separate envelopes, within one larger envelope, parcel, or crate (ok, that's a bit of an exaggeration).

Yes...to both!

You only have to pay the sponsor fee ($75) and the applicant fee ($475) upfront, but some people feel that it delays the process slightly if you don't include the RPRF ($490).

If you also plan to send an Open Work Permit application that fee is $155 and also needs to be paid upfront, if you send it with the Inland application.
