Hi,
I was wondering if my boyfriend and i applying for him to temporary stay in Canada along with me and my family. So we have been together for around two years and i have been staying over at his family's home and he has been staying over at my family's home for the past year and we also go to work together. However we don't have solid proof (such as joint mail, bills .etc). But we have photos and conversations regarding sleeping over and such/ What should I do?

If you don't have a joint lease or bills, do you guys receive any sort of mail there? e.g amazon, ebay? Try to get affidavits from both of your families stating that you have been living there from DATE to ONGOING and have them notarized....

We didn’t think we needed to change our mailing addresses as we live one hour away from each other but I’ve tried making enquires regarding this issue and no one seem to be able to solve it since the living environment is totally different
As well as the applicant’s parents aren’t really able to write a letter since they can’t speak or write English

Sleeping over is not living together. You need to be able to prove that you have lived together continuously for one year. You need actual address proofs.

Sleeping over at each other's parents' place isn't living together. You and your boyfriend are not yet in a common law relationship.
And spousal sponsorship is NOT for a temporary visa. It's for applying to sponsor him (once you 2 are married or becomes common law) to become a permanent resident.

If you are common law your family would not be able to include you in their application process.
