I wonder if I need to write the trips which I took to Canada?
I am now in Canada!

Question 2 List all trips you, and if applicable, your family members have taken outside of your origin or of residence in the past last ten years?

Are you using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC? If so, look on the right hand side bar, there is an option called "fill and sign". You can use that to fill out the fields.

Alternately, what I did for these types of questions because I had a lot of trips was I used a spreadsheet in the same format and wrote on the form "please see additional sheet".

You can fill it out by hand if necessary but I personally like keeping things consistent.
