Common-Law sponshorship paperwork question

Just a quick question. On the sponsorship questionnaire (IMM5540E) the last thing it say is "On a separate piece of paper, provide any additional details of your current relationship that you believe would help to prove your relationship is genuine and continuing"

What have other people put for this? I feel like anything I put will just be a summary of other parts of the application?

In our case, the sponsor wrote a letter to CIC summarizing our relationship and highlighting key points that were already included in the application. The sponsor also wrote about his feelings on why sponsoring the applicant is important for them to continue building a life together and a brief description on what they plan to do when the applicant moves to Canada after becoming a PR.

If so, you might want to discuss some of those. (This is the court definition, since the act and regulations don't state what a "genuine" relationship is.)
