Common law sponsership work questions

Hi there everyone just came across the forum.
I moved here in 2019 to be with my partner and I entered on a IEC working holiday open work visa and that is expiring in October, we have the forms (believe we have all of them) to fill out and send off but Im worried about if I'm going to be able to work whilst the application is processed, do I get put on a implied type status or do I have to apply for another work permit?

Also would I send my application in via mail or would I be able to do it through my online account? Thank you

Yes - you need to apply for another work permit. You should submit this along with the spousal sponsorship application.

Assuming you plan to submit an inland spousal sponsorship application, include an open work permit with the application package and you will have implied status and will be able to continue working.

Make sure you submit an inland application. If you apply outland, no OWP.

Yes I would be applying inland, do you happen to have the form? I have had troubles finding the open work permit form
