I met my soon to be girlfriend on E Harmany and she lives in saskatoon Saskatchewan, we have rough timeline set the time line for marrage is in a year. But the only way I see is common law. Comon law for that providence is 2 years. and she wants married in a year. will their be any problem getting PR for me if we marry in a year?

Your question is confusing. For immigration purposes, common law is one year. It doesn't matter where you live.
