Common law relationship questions

Greetings!

I would like to ask some advise to those couples who got in to Canada as COMMON LAW PARTNERS via FSWP.

My common law partner and I have lived in BULACAN, Philippines from February 2010 to March 2011.

My common law partner worked in BULACAN until March 2011 because she got a job in MANILA, Philippines on April 2011 and she is still working there up to now.

She lives in MANILA with her sister in their family home during workdays.

I am still working in BULACAN from the day we started our common law relationship up until now.

She comes home to our home in BULACAN every weekends so we can spend time together.

We are about to submit our FSWP application via DHL on May 4 here in the Philippines entering in NOC 1112 financial analyst.

She is the Principal Applicant because she has a brother in Alberta and I don't have relatives there.

Question 1:

Is our common law status still valid even though we are apart during work days?

Question 2:

Are these evidences enough to prove our common law relationship valid?

1) Electric Bill in my name in our common law home
2) Cable and Internet Bill to her name in our common law home
3) Her Life Insurance Plan registered me as her primary beneficiary.
4) Land Title named after me (our common law home)
5) Joint time deposit account (both of us in the account and proof of settlement funds)
6) Her assessment score is 78 ruling out doubts that she needs me as an additional 5 points, meaning so she could qualify even without me.
7) Letters containing Party invitations from friends and families addressed to us.
8.) Pictures from the day we were a couple up to day we became common law partners. Here's a basic timeline of our pics:
a) July 2006 up to January 2010 as a couple (boyfriend/girlfriend)
b) February 2010 to Present as common law partners.
All these pictures have our families and friends in it that showing family reunions, family vacations, going out with our friends and vacations every summer for just the two of us.
We also have Facebook screenshots as a couple.

Why not throw in a couple of letters from friends and family attesting to the veracity of your relationship?

Question 1:

Is our common law status still valid even though we are apart during work days?

I believe there is a separate forum here for people applying under skilled worker program.

However according to family class sponsorship, once you establish the 12-months of living together continuously, then you are an official common-law couple. You are then allowed to live separately as long as it is for a valid reason (such as employment). You just have to prove during this time, you are still a genuine couple and communicating/visiting regularly, and the separation is temporary with the goal to live together again as soon as possible. The longer the time living separately... the harder it gets to still prove you are a common-law couple.
