Hi guys, i just read on CIC and CRA websites that the definition of common law partners are different.
On CIC it says common law partners must be cohabitating or living together for at least one year.
On CRA if the couples are a parent of a child by birth or adaption without living together for a year is already considered common law partners.
So my marital status right now is never been married on the CEC application but common partner on CRA would it be a conflict or a problem in my application?
Please advise me and thank you for your patience.
