Hi,

I know that I have to submit all the documents translated into English or French.

The support documents required should be a photocopy (unless other way instructed).

1- Can the documents into English/French be a certified translation of a photocopied Arabic document?

2- What are the chances, if I can not get a certified copy of the proof of separation?

Thank you

Translation of documents
You must send the following for any document that is not in English or French, unless otherwise stated on your document checklist:
  • the English or French translation; and
  • an affidavit from the person who completed the translation (see below for details); and
  • a certified copy of the original document.

the photocopy could be translated.....photocopy of the document could be accepted...but is it possible to get a certified copy with photocopy of the document.

in the checklist.....refer...previous relationships.....you need to submit the proof of separation document.....try get the certified copy.....but if you can't, you may provide what you have with an explanation letter.....not sure if it will be accepted but its whats the try......good luck.

Hi again,

The court only gave me a photocopy, I am asking for a certified copy, but the Court is not delivering it.

Thank you
