I would like to ask for suggestions or comments about our situation.
I lodged last month as owp common law. My partner already got her Student visa for Jan 2022 classes. When she applied, we were just living for 6months. We waited for 1 1/2yrs for her approval since it was exactly the start of covid lockdowns and it got delayed. She didn’t put me in her application since we were not yet common law that time and she also used her hometown address since we were just renting an apt. We didn’t update because we were afraid that it may delay more. Last Oct, I applied for owp since we were already 2 yrs common law.
We passed statutory Declaration. We used our joint bank acct we opened last jan. I hve gift deed from parents to the both of us deposited to my personal acct. We submitted photos since that start of our rel, photos of deliveries with same address, pics of govt ids same address, emails same address, mails same address a year ago. We have many affidavits from fam and friends and our landlord. We both work in a govt laboratory performing covid samples with high salary. I’m only 24, don’t have a lot of property under my name or business.
What could be our problem? Or anyone knows about this? Or has encountered situations like ours? Please help thankss.
