Common law open work permit...now seperated...pls help...

Hi all,

I have or had a common law open work permit...we broke up...
I stayed at home with our kid...
...Is my common law open work permit still valid?

Or do I have to do something to make it invalid? (sign "divorce" papers even we are not married?)

Which status do I get afterwards? Visitor? Do I have to switch my status by myself or does this automatically happen?

Who can help?

you can apply your own work permit, since you are inland already.
