Hi,

As an in-land common-law partner, should I fill the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union, in all cases (it is not mentioned in the checklist).

Or should I only fill it in case of applying for the work permit in-land?

and it says that it
  • Must be notarized to be considered valid
How can I make such a solemn declaration notarized?

Thank you

You can go to the website and see how can your common law partner together prove that you have lived together for a year:
