Common law Extension question

Hello, I applied for a extension to become common law, but I will need additional time as we were a little late to get me on a lease and all. It was extended for 8 months extra instead of the year we asked for. My question being, under Conditions category in the letter it says, Must leave Canada by November 2017. But, even though it says that, am I still allowed to apply again for an additional 6 months extension? Thank you

Yes you can keep applying, I'm on my 4th you have to keep extending while your pr app is in process.

Ah I see, even though the letter says I must leave in November I may still extend?

Yes. They say to re apply 30 days before. So just do it in oct. You have implied status untill you get your exstention.
