Hey guys. Quick question regarding common law applications on the Express Entry.
I have enough points already to get the ETA (currently sitting at 453) and me and my girlfriend have been together for 4 years now. We have the statutory declaration and all that.
However, we plan to go back to our home country and see the process through while there. She may not be able to come back to Canada, to get our PR, with (as she may need to stay behind to take care of some stuff and whatnot). Is it possible to enter Canada separately in this case? Separately, I mean, I arrive and then she arrives a month later or something like that.
Thanks!
Cheers.
