Common Law Bank Statement proof question

Hi All,

I wanted to find out if it's possible that I have enough common law proof to submit when the time comes. I am currently on a visitor visa but it was extended and it will be a year that I have been here by November 2020 extension will be up then, from since November 2019. However we didn't open the joint bank account until recent, April 1st. However we do have drivers licenses that was done in December to show address, a bill for me in January and other insurances done in March. We do also live with my sponsors aunt so no lease, or rental or bills.

I see most threads saying to show 12 months of bank statements but as I have other documents (not joint) to show that we have been at the same address otherwise, do you believe that we can try to submit after November or wait to have more bank statement joint proof April to April 2021?.

We have drivers licenses, life insurance, travel insurance, loads of photos, joint bank account (April), amazon orders other orders, eventually letters from sponsors parents and neighbors confirming that I have been here since.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

You don’t need a joint bank account. Would make sure you have enough proof from the beginning of the common law period where you can show your names, address and date.
